Queer spaces are vital to Hell's Kitchen. Safe ones. Flaming Saddles is as fun as it gets and it's a safe environment. Even if country music isn't at the top of your playlists, you're bound to have a great time here!

In a city where a cocktail can go for a whopping $15 (that damn near gave me an apoplexy), the happy hour at Flaming Saddles is pretty easy on the wallet, and the bartenders are pretty easy on the eyes, too. Happy hours are my thing — the prices are lower, as is the volume. Bars can get so loud now. If I am going to meet somebody, I need to be able to hear them. And yes, I do go to bars to meet people. If all I want is a buzz, I can do that at home.

Speaking of cute boys…. I couldn’t possibly make a list of favorite places in Hell’s Kitchen without including Saddles. Every 45 minutes, you’ve got bartenders in cowboy boots and short shorts jumping on a bar and dancing their hearts out for a screaming, cheering crowd. Don’t forget to tip them after those dances — they’re working hard up there.

I love this place to dance, sing along and enjoy country music. The dancing in the bar is so cool!

Flaming Saddles on 9th & 53rd is a super fun, friendly Gay bar where fellows can enjoy a cold one while watching the adorable waitstaff dancing a tightly choreographed number in cowboy boots on the bar. I’m sure Sam Elliott would love it there!

I put this as 10 because I give them all a 10! and that is why it is my happy place.

My country roots won’t let me stay away from this place for too long! Always a fun time and the drinks are great!

Flaming Saddles is really fun, but you've got to have cash in your pocket, because it's cash only.
